I would have expected the IEC to antisipate that a large number of people would like to view the results, live online. I guess ensuring peacefull elections is a higher priority. I hope next time they will be prepared for the huge increase in traffic to their site.

It looks tlike they are using IIS, maybe next time use a LAMP server.
